A little more than a year on from her LSU retirement, Livvy Dunne still looks as though she could be competing at the highest level.
Now an actress, model and influencer, her life has moved on to much bigger things, but it appears gymnastics is still in her heart.
In a new video posted to her TikTok, Dunne took some time out from filming the new Baywatch spinoff to show off her impressive talents, performing backflips on the beach.
Alongside the post, she wrote: ‘I am crazy, but I am free #gymnastics #beach #fyp’
In the clip, Dunne can be seen wearing a tiny zebra-pattern black and white bikini, flicking her hair at the camera before launching into a series of moves on the sand.
At the end of four impressive backflips, with the sun shining down, she laughs at the camera in the post that has already racked up more than 75,000 likes.

Dunne is currently in California filming for the new Baywatch series alongside the likes of Brooks Nader, Stephen Amell, Noah Beck and more.
The reboot will air on Fox from an as-yet-unspecified date, likely to be in 2027.
Alongside her new recurring acting role, Dunne is continuing to enjoy life alongside her baseball beau, Pittsburgh Pirates pitcher Paul Skenes.
The pair have been dating since their days at LSU, and she recently joined him on the red carpet in Philadelphia ahead of the 2026 All-Star Game.
Livvy regularly follows her man around the country to watch him pitch in the major leagues, and she often posts photos of herself sitting in the stands during his games.

When asked how they manage to juggle their respective schedules to find time for each other, Dunne said in February: ‘Honestly, I don’t think we have any rules. I just think being super present with one another while you’re together, while you have that time together, is super important.’
‘I mean, he makes time to come to my events,’ she added. ‘I make time to go watch him pitch. I try to make every start I can.’
Last month, meanwhile, she wowed her 5 million Instagram fans with photos from her trip to the Hamptons for Michael Rubin’s Fourth of July white party.
At the bash, she posed alongside Olympian Jutta Leerdam, models Xandra Pohl and Sophia Graves, and singer Tate McRae.
