The Israeli army arrested two Palestinians from Nablus Specialized Hospital in the occupied West Bank, according to reports by Wafa news agency.
“The Israeli forces besieged the hospital, raided the emergency department, assaulted the medical staff, handcuffed the doctors and nurses, and arrested two siblings,” the deputy director told the agency.
“One of the two is Ali Ramadan, who was receiving treatment for a gunshot wound in his shoulder sustained during the aggression against the town,” he said.
The other was his sibling who was accompanying him to the hospital.
The Israeli army announced that it detained two Palestinians from the hospital due to their alleged “participation in the shooting” in the village of Tel.
The detention comes after the Israeli military investigation declared that the armed Israeli settlers triggered the confrontation with the Palestinians by crossing into an off-limits area.
