All the latest Man Utd transfer news in one place, including updates on Iliman Ndiaye, Martin Baturina and Jorrel Hato.
Hato offered
The Chelsea Chronicle reports that the Blues have offered Man Utd the chance to sign left-back/centre-back Jorrel Hato, who is keen to leave Stamford Bridge after they failed to qualify for the Champions League.
It seems the business relationship between the two clubs is strong at the moment following the Santos deal this summer and the Alejandro Garnacho transfer a year ago, so this one isn’t ouwith the realms of possibility.
Transfer insider Ekrem Konur has informed the outlet:
Chelsea’s young defender Jorrel Hato has been offered to Premier League rivals Manchester United and Arsenal through intermediaries for the summer transfer window. Despite being only 20 years old, the Dutch international is highly eager to play in the UEFA Champions League next season.
“Manchester United are planning a long-term overhaul of their defensive line. Their strategy of investing in young talents with high development potential makes Hato’s profile highly attractive. However, no formal bid has been submitted at this stage.”
Ndiaye links remain
Man Utd are one of a number of clubs to be linked with Everton attacking midfielder Iliman Ndiaye and have been for some time.
Over the last few weeks, the rumours of a potential switch died down a little following the acquisitions of Tielemans and Santos but they have re-emerged thanks to Fabrizio Romano, who says United retain interest in a potential €83m swoop for the Senegal man.
He scored six goals and made three assists in 32 appearances for the Toffees last season.
Zirkzee Serie A return?
Italian giants Juventus have stepped up their search for attacking reinforcements by contacting Joshua Zirkzee after negotiations for Randal Kolo Muani hit a standstill.
La Gazzetta dello Sport reports that the Italian club have grown increasingly frustrated with Paris Saint-Germain’s stance in talks, prompting them to explore alternative options, with Zirkzee now among the names under consideration.
Juventus have already made enquiries about the Manchester United forward’s availability, with United said to value the Dutch striker at between €35 million and €40 million.
He was previously linked with the Bianconeri while at Bologna.
Sarr contact
United have entered discussions with Crystal Palace over a possible move for Ismaila Sarr during the summer transfer window, according to reports.
The Senegal international enjoyed an outstanding 2025/26 campaign, registering 21 goals and two assists in 45 appearances across all competitions for Palace. He also impressed on the international stage, scoring four goals as Senegal progressed to the Round of 32 at the World Cup.
According to Foot Mercato, United are one of several clubs to have made enquiries about Sarr’s availability, with the Red Devils exploring the possibility of bringing the 28-year-old to Old Trafford before the transfer deadline.
Baturina Battle
United have already completed the signings of midfielders Youri Tielemans and Andrey Santos for that area of the pitch this summer but Michael Carrick wants at least one more central player and one he has his eye on has an asking price of €80 million.
The player in question is Como wonderkid Martin Baturina, who has come on leaps and bounds in Italy following his move from Dinamo Zagreb just over a year ago.
Calciomercato reports that United, Tottenham and Aston Villa are all interested in the young Croatian, though Como don’t feel an obligation to seel one of their star assets at the moment following a successful qualification to the Champions League for the first time last season.
“If there is an offer, we will hear. If we like it we accept, but we are not afraid to refuse,” head coach Cesc Fabregas said of potential outgoings.
