Israel has committed 3,795 violations of the “ceasefire” agreement since it came into force in October, Al Jazeera reported, citing the government media office in Gaza.
Ismail al-Thawabta, director general of the office said 1,168 Palestinians have been killed, 3,734 wounded and 149 detained as a result of what he described as Israeli “violations and ongoing abuses.”
He also warned that Israel had been severely restricting the delivery of humanitarian aid. Only 59,613 of the 168,000 aid trucks expected under the agreement had entered Gaza so far, amounting to a compliance rate of about 35 percent, he said.
