Olise greenlights Real Madrid move

Bayern Munich superstar Michael Olise wants to join Real Madrid this summer, Foot Mercato claims.

The France international is receptive to Los Blancos’ interest and believes that joining the Spanish giants would be the ideal next step in his career after starring at Bayern.

The Bundesliga club do not wish to sell, but the report asserts that Bayern are already looking for potential replacements. Olise is set to hold talks with his club after he returns from his post-World Cup holiday.

Arsenal ready Nusa offer

Arsenal are poised to place a bid for RB Leipzig winger Antonio Nusa, as per CaughtOffside.

The Norwegian was a crucial part of Norway’s run to the World Cup quarter-finals, which has “strengthened Arsenal’s interest” in acquiring his services. Consequently, they are ready to test the waters with a bid.

It is claimed that Arsenal are looking to offer around €40 million for Nusa, but it is believed that this will not be enough for Leipzig, who will only consider a sale for a fee north of €60m.

Milan hold Mazraoui talks

AC Milan have made contact with superagent Rafaela Pimenta to enquire about Man Utd defender Noussair Mazraoui, Nicolo Schira writes.

The Rossoneri are interested in the Morocco international, who is facing an uncertain future at Old Trafford after making just five starts under Michael Carrick in the second half of last season. He was briefly linked with Juventus in January.

It is unclear how exactly Pimenta is involved in this deal, as she does not formally represent Mazraoui. The 28-year-old’s affairs are handled by the UK-based PANTHERA agency that also represents Anthony Elanga among others.

Casado snubs Chelsea, City

Barcelona midfielder Marc Casado has turned down moves to Chelsea and Man City, TEAMtalk understands.

The 22-year-old is believed to be on the market this summer and keen to take the next step in his career after struggling for minutes last season. Casado is fielding strong Premier League interest, but he has made it clear to his suitors that he will only join a club that can guarantee him regular game time.

As a result, he has rebuffed approaches from Chelsea and Man City, while the prospect of joining Man Utd also does not particularly excite him despite their long-standing admiration.

Tzolis talks expected

Arsenal will hold club-to-club discussions with Club Brugge over Christos Tzolis shortly, Fabrizio Romano reports.

The Greek winger has been clear with Brugge and his suitors that he only wants to join the Gunners after they expressed their interest in a potential transfer. He is viewed as the perfect replacement for Leandro Trossard, who has joined Besiktas.

However, Arsenal have yet to begin formal negotiations over a deal. It is believed that Brugge would want north of €40m for him, which would make him their club-record sale and the most expensive Greek player ever.
