We are less than a week away from crowning a new World Cup champion, with just four teams left standing in football’s biggest tournament. France, Spain, England and reigning champions Argentina remain in contention as they battle to lift the trophy.
France and Spain meet in the first semi-final in Dallas on Tuesday, before England face Argentina in Atlanta on Wednesday for the remaining place in the final.
With the tournament now down to its final four, here’s a look at the latest outright odds with Sky Bet.
France
Pre-tournament favourites France remain the team to beat in Sky Bet’s outright market, with Kylian Mbappe and Co. priced at 6/4 to lift the trophy.
Les Bleus have looked every bit worthy of that tag throughout the tournament. The 2018 world champions and 2022 runners-up swept through the group stage, winning all three matches by an aggregate score of 12 goals.
They then brushed aside Sweden in the Round of 32 before edging Paraguay 1-0 in the Round of 16 to book a quarter-final clash with Morocco. France proved too strong once again, seeing off the Atlas Lions 2-0 to set up a blockbuster semi-final against Spain.
Spain
Spain are joint second-favourites at 16/5. While their group-stage campaign was less convincing – including a goalless draw against minnows Cape Verde in their opening match – they have grown into the tournament as the knockout rounds have progressed.
Victories over Austria (3-0), Portugal (1-0) and Belgium (2-1) have underlined their quality, while Luis de la Fuente’s side have conceded just one goal in six matches.
The big question now is whether that resolute defence can contain the firepower of Mbappe, Ousmane Dembele and Michael Olise in Tuesday’s semi-final.

England
England are also priced at 16/5 as they bid to end a 60-year wait for World Cup glory. The defining feature of Thomas Tuchel’s side has been their resilience, particularly in the knockout rounds.
They recovered from 1-0 down to beat DR Congo 2-1 in the Round of 32 before producing one of the games of the tournament to edge Mexico 3-2 at the Azteca in the Round of 16.
England once again showed their fighting spirit in the quarter-finals, coming from behind to defeat Norway 2-1 and book a mouthwatering last-four meeting with reigning champions Argentina.
Argentina
Argentina, meanwhile, are fourth favourites at 4/1 as they chase back-to-back World Cup titles.
Lionel Scaloni’s side have looked vulnerable at times despite reaching the semi-finals. They required extra time to overcome Cape Verde 3-2 in the Round of 32 before staging a dramatic comeback from 2-0 down to beat Egypt 3-2 in the Round of 16.
Their quarter-final against Switzerland also went the distance, with Argentina scoring twice in extra time to secure a 3-1 victory after the Swiss had been reduced to 10 men.
Despite those nervy performances, one factor continues to separate Argentina from the rest: Lionel Messi.
The eight-time Ballon d’Or winner is once again producing moments of magic, and as long as he is on the pitch, Argentina will always believe they can go all the way.
