Netanyahu vows to not rebuild Gaza until Hamas surrenders its weapons

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said there will be no reconstruction of Gaza until Hamas is fully disarmed. 

Netanyahu made the remarks on Sunday after a cabinet meeting.
