Tyson Fury is set to fight Polish boxer Mariusz Wach in Thailand on July 24 as a warm-up ahead of his proposed blockbuster bout with British rival Anthony Joshua.
British boxing greats Joshua and Fury are expected to finally face off in the ring at the end of this year, although the location and date have not yet been finalised.
The Gypsy King will face Wach, 46, at Max Muay Thai Stadium in Pattaya just a day before AJ’s comeback fight against Kristian Prenga on July 25.
‘2026 is a landmark year for me in boxing and I’m excited to be able to bring this event to Pattaya, a part of the world that is special to me,’ Fury said.
‘We’re coming together to put on a great show for the fans, while using the opportunity to give back to the local community, who have been so good to me every time I have visited.
