Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian said Tehran will fulfil its obligations under the memorandum of understanding if the United States adheres to its commitments.
“Understanding is a bilateral matter. If the American side adheres to the memorandum of understanding, we will also fulfil our obligations,” Pezeshkian wrote on X.
Pezeshkian added that Iran’s response to what he described as “unreasonable boasting and unfounded threats” is to rely on rational decision-making while maintaining a “decisive and fearless” defence posture when necessary.
