The Senior Special Assistant to the President on Grassroots Sports Development, Hon. Adeyinka Anthony Adeboye, has extended warm birthday felicitations to the Chief of Staff to the President, Rt. Hon. Femi Gbajabiamila, and the Executive Governor of Lagos State, His Excellency Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu, describing them as outstanding leaders whose commitment to public service continues to inspire millions of Nigerians.
In separate goodwill messages issued on Thursday, Hon. Adeboye praised both leaders for their unwavering dedication to nation-building, youth development, and the successful implementation of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda.

The SSA described Rt. Hon. Femi Gbajabiamila as a dependable pillar of the Presidency whose wealth of experience, strategic leadership, and commitment to effective governance have continued to strengthen the delivery of government policies and programmes.
According to Adeboye, the Chief of Staff’s support for initiatives that empower young Nigerians, particularly through sports and community development, reflects his deep passion for building a prosperous and united nation.
“Rt. Hon. Femi Gbajabiamila remains an exceptional statesman whose leadership, wisdom, and dedication to public service continue to contribute significantly to the success of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s administration. The SSA prayed for God’s continued guidance, sound health, wisdom, and greater accomplishments for the Chief of Staff as he marks another year of impactful service to the nation.
Hon. Adeboye also paid glowing tribute to Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu, commending his visionary leadership and remarkable contributions to the growth and development of Lagos State, particularly in youth empowerment, infrastructure, education, and sports.
He noted that Lagos State has continued to set the pace in grassroots sports development through strategic investments in sporting facilities, talent discovery initiatives, and programmes that provide opportunities for young athletes to excel.
“Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu has consistently demonstrated that investing in young people is investing in the future of our nation. His administration’s commitment to sports development and youth empowerment has made Lagos a reference point for talent development and innovation in Nigeria.”
The SSA added that the Governor’s support for sports has created pathways for thousands of young Nigerians to pursue their dreams while contributing meaningfully to national development.
Adeboye expressed confidence that the synergy between the Federal Government and progressive state governments such as Lagos would continue to strengthen grassroots sports development and create more opportunities for Nigerian youths in line with the Renewed Hope Agenda of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
