A four-year-old British girl has reportedly drowned at a hotel swimming pool in Lanzarote.
The incident occurred around 1.30pm on Saturday, June 20, at a hotel in the Playa Blanca resort.
Ambulances, police and an emergency services helicopter were sent to the scene but attempts to save the girl’s life were in vain.
