Lebanon says Israeli attacks have killed 3,798 people

Lebanon’s Health Ministry says Israeli attacks have killed 3,798 people and wounded 11,781 others since 2 March.

The ministry said Israeli forces killed 15 people and injured 82 more in attacks over the past 24 hours.
