The Iranian Red Crescent Society said its rapid-response teams, relief units and medical facilities have been placed on standby following Israeli strikes reported across Iran on Tuesday morning.
In a statement posted on X, the organisation said emergency responders, logistical teams and pharmacies were prepared to provide assistance if needed.
The Red Crescent also advised residents to prepare first-aid kits and to remain at least 100 metres (330 feet) away from any areas affected by the reported attacks.
