The Dublin ladies got off to a winning start in round one of the All Ireland Football Championship.
Goals from Kate Sullivan, and two from Niamh Heherton helped Paul Casey’s side to a 3-12 to 12 point win over Mayo in Castlebar in group 3.
In group 2, Kerry are in action against Tipperary in the second half of their match at Austin Stack Park.
The Kingdom led 2-09 to one point.

Mark Coleman raised a green flag for the home side after just 7 minutes from a penalty, while Gearoid Hegarty netted soon after for Limerick.

Ruesha Littlejohn said she’s extremely satisfied to contribute to a bid to qualify for the World Cup.
There were concerns about her fitness ahead of the victory over Netherlands, and she was taken off at half-time in Cork.
Despite that, boss Carla Ward said Littlejohn was the sharpest she had been in years.
