Wafa reports settler attacks and Israeli raids across West Bank

Palestine’s Wafa news agency reported several incidents across the occupied West Bank overnight and into Saturday, including alleged settler attacks and Israeli military operations.

In the village of Atuf, southeast of Tubas, settlers reportedly assaulted and detained a group of Palestinian farmers. A local official said the attackers were wearing Israeli army uniforms.

Palestinian health ministry said three members of the same family, including a seven-month-old baby, were shot after Israeli forces opened fire on their vehicle south of Hebron. The infant later died of his injuries.

In Deir Dibwan, east of Ramallah, Wafa reported that Israeli forces entered a Palestinian home while residents were confronting settlers allegedly attempting to break in. The residents were reportedly confined to one room and instructed to remove surveillance cameras.
