Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi says communication with the United States has not been cut off, but negotiations have yet to make any progress.
Speaking to Lebanon’s Al Mayadeen, Araghchi said both sides were currently reviewing and studying the texts that had been exchanged during the talks.
