Details of Arsenal’s Premier League trophy lift on Sunday can be revealed
Arsenal will change into their home kit before lifting the Premier League trophy on Sunday, football.london understands.
The Gunners travel to Crystal Palace having already been crowned champions, with Man City’s draw at Bournemouth on Tuesday confirming Mikel Arteta’s side as league winners. It sparked wild celebrations from players, members of staff and supporters, with the squad watching the City slip-up together before venturing into London to celebrate.
Martin Odegaard will lift the trophy at Selhurst Park on Sunday, following the conclusion of the match against Crystal Palace. Arsenal will be wearing their white away kit for the clash against the Eagles, but will return to the dressing room after the full-time whistle to change into their red home kit.

In the meantime, Palace will conduct a lap of appreciation due to it being their final home game of the season. Oliver Glasner will wave goodbye to the club’s supporters before turning his attention to the UEFA Conference League final against Rayo Vallecano.
Afterwards, the Arsenal players will return to the pitch where they will be given their title winners’ medals and lift the Premier League trophy.
The Gunners will then turn their attention to a European final of their own as they are set to face PSG in the Champions League final on Saturday, May 30.
“We had 48 hours to enjoy the success of winning the league. Now, we’re going to prepare really well and we’re going to now lift again our habits and the standards that we normally do things to be the best possible way to compete,” Arteta said.
“On Sunday, we’ll have a little window there again to celebrate, to lift the trophy in a manner that deserves it, to connect with the people that we have constantly around us. And then we’ll have six days that we need to write a new history in this football club.”
On the Champions League final, Arteta added: “We’re going to prepare that game with the intention to win and write a new story in the club’s history, that’s for sure. And we know what it’s going to be. We need to earn it. We need to prepare so well.
“I’m really confident that we’re going to get there in the best possible place. And it’s going to be for 90 minutes, short time, at the biggest stage that we can play in a club competition against a top of one or two.”
