Arsenal will want to finish the season as strongly as possible, with two trophies now a real possibility. Mikel Arteta’s side return to Premier League action on Sunday, with a short trip to the London Stadium to face relegation‑threatened West Ham.
The Gunners head into the game on a high after sealing a 2-1 aggregate win over Atletico Madrid in the Champions League semi‑final, with Bukayo Saka scoring the only goal in the second leg. They have since discovered they will face Paris Saint‑Germain in the final in Budapest on May 30.
Before that, Arteta’s side remain focused on the Premier League title, with just three games left to play. Manchester City dropped two points at Everton last time out and sit five points behind Arsenal, albeit with a game in hand against Crystal Palace.

Ahead of Sunday’s clash, Arteta is still managing a couple of injuries, though he admitted there were no fresh concerns. “No, everybody finished the game well and nothing to add,” he said.

On whether Timber will return before the end of the season: “I don’t know, there’s still a fair bit to do, so everything has to be so smooth and quick if they want to have a chance to play any minutes,” Arteta said.
