A newborn was delivered in Nablus less than 24 hours after his father, Naif Samaro, was killed by Israeli forces, according to local sources.
Medical staff said the child’s mother gave birth by caesarean section on Monday, confirming that both mother and baby are in stable condition following the delivery at a city hospital.
The family named the child Yaman, in line with his father’s wish, relatives said, noting that Samaro had been awaiting the birth of his first child shortly before his death.
The birth came the same day after Samaro was killed in Nablus, with the child arriving without his father present.
