Ole Miss offensive lineman and future NFL prospect Carius Curne has been arrested in Arkansas on a slew of charges.
The 6ft 5ins, 300lbs sophomore, 20, was arrested just after 5pm on Saturday, according to the Crittenden County Sheriff’s Office.
Curne, who recently transferred from LSU to Ole Miss, was subsequently charged with fleeing, reckless driving, speeding, improper lane change and possession of a Schedule VI substance of less than four ounces.
He was also hit with a misdemeanor charge for possession of drug paraphernalia before being released just an hour and 39 minutes after he was booked.
The offensive tackle, who was the No. 1-ranked recruit in Arkansas in the 2024 class, played in eight games for the Tigers last season.
