Tottenham suffer huge Dominic Solanke injury blow in vital relegation clash vs Wolves

Tottenham Hotspur were dealt a huge blow in their Premier League relegation battle

Tottenham Hotspur and Roberto De Zerbi were dealt yet another injury blow after Dominic Solanke was forced off during their Premier League clash with Wolves.

The Spurs striker was replaced by Richarlison in the 40th minute after going down off the ball and receiving treatment from the physios.

It’s yet another unwanted blow for De Zerbi as he looks to steer Spurs clear of the relegation zone, who are already without several key players.

The Lilywhites head to Molineux to take on already relegated Wolves, two points behind West Ham United in 17th.

Spurs have lost Guglielmo Vicario, Cristian Romero, Mohammed Kudus, Pape Matar Sarr and Destiny Udogie since De Zerbi took over at the club.

It’s been a campaign marred by injuries to several key players and the injury to Solanke is yet another major blow in their fight against relegation.
