Hebrew media reported on Wednesday that the United States has set up an air bridge to replenish Israeli Air Force stockpiles with munitions, in preparation for a possible renewal of war with Iran.
Channel 12 previously cited sources as saying Washington had informed Israel that US President Donald Trump had set next Sunday as a deadline for negotiations with Iran.
According to the report, Trump did not formally announce such a date, but Israeli officials understood this to be the timeline following updates received from the Americans.
The channel added that this period would allow a third US aircraft carrier to reach the region.
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is expected to hold further discussions on Thursday to complete preparations on both the defensive and offensive fronts.
