Martinelli remains under contract with Arsenal until 2027, with an option for an additional year, meaning the Premier League club would be in a strong negotiating position should PSG decide to formalise their interest.

The Brazilian has continued to play a key role for Mikel Arteta’s side this season, making 46 appearances in all competitions while contributing 11 goals and six assists.

Martinelli, who joined Arsenal from Ituano in 2019, has developed into an important part of the Gunners’ attacking setup.

Known for his pace, pressing and direct running from wide areas, the Brazil international has often been deployed on the left flank but is also capable of operating across the forward line.
