The German side have moved to the top of the market after defeating 15-time winners Real Madrid in a thrilling second leg where Bayern prevailed 4–3.
That result sealed a 6–4 aggregate victory for Bayern, underlining their credentials as the team to beat heading into the latter stages of the competition.
Reigning champions Paris Saint-Germain are third in the market at 9/4, while Atletico Madrid are the least-fancied at 7/1.
Attention now turns to the semi-finals, where Arsenal travel to Spain to face Atletico Madrid in the first leg on Wednesday, April 29.
Bayern Munich and PSG, meanwhile, meet a night earlier at the Parc des Princes in what promises to be another heavyweight clash.
