Former Nigeria international Duke Udi has downplayed the significance of the Super Eagles’ upcoming high-profile friendlies, insisting that the status of the opposition should not distract from the real objective, rebuilding the team.

“It’s about the team,” he implied.

“This is the time to look at new options,” he noted.

“We need to progress,” he added.
