Victor Osimhen has been crowned Footballer of the Year at the 72nd Annual Milliyet Sports Awards, reports Completesports.com.
The Annual Milliyet Sports Awards is widely regarded as one of Turkey’s most prestigious sporting honours.
Osimhen was instrumental in Galatasaray’s domestic double triumph last season.

The 27-year-old registered 26 goals, and four assists in 30 league appearances for the Yellow and Reds.
Osimhen also made his mark in Europe and cup competitions, scoring seven times in the UEFA Europa League and adding five more goals in the Turkish Cup.
The 27-year-old has continued his fine form this season, recording 19 goals and seven assists in 29 appearances across all competitions for Galatasaray.
He is currently recuperating from an arm injury.
