West Ham have released a statement to address Arsenal fans buying tickets in the London Stadium home end for their upcoming Premier League clash.
Arsenal currently sit nine points clear of Manchester City at the top of the Premier League.

The fixture takes place on May 9 and many fans are anticipating the moment Mikel Arteta’s side win their first Premier League trophy since 2004.
West Ham have noticed an increase in ticket sales ahead of the game which has led them to believe Arsenal fans are trying to buy a ticket, even in the home end, to see their club’s history-making moment.
However, the Hammers have introduced measures to stop Gunners supporters from purchasing tickets outside the away allocation.
West Ham have asked for fans to provide evidence of their personal allegiance, including wearing official West Ham merchandise.
They also stated the items worn in the picture must be bought before 2026.
An email was sent to fans who have bought their first ticket to a game at the London Stadium.
It said: “We are currently conducting ticket checks for this fixture to ensure that away supporters do not purchase tickets in the home end.
“And, accordingly, advise that your ticket is currently on hold and will not permit you entry into the stadium on match day in line with our terms and conditions.
“These conditions have been accepted by you during the purchasing process and state ‘home match tickets are for the use of supporters of the club only’.

“As you have no previous booking history with us or have only/mainly booked this particular fixture, we require evidence of you and your guest(s) being a West Ham United supporter.
“Therefore, could you please provide photographic evidence that you are a West Ham United supporter which can be from a party, event or fixture wearing West Ham merchandise or West Ham related evidence.
“(Please note any merchandise will need to be purchased prior to January 2026).”
This is a common check for the club to carry out on a regular basis to minimise ticket audits.
West Ham’s ground has an average attendance this season of 62,453.
The Hammers still have a lot to fight for this season as they currently sit a point away from top flight safety – just behind Arsenal’s biggest rivals, Tottenham.
