Salah will be bringing an end to his nine-year spell at Liverpool at the end of the current season.

Nicknamed ‘the Egyptian King’, Salah signed for Liverpool from Roma for a then-club record £37m, and has contributed 255 goals and 122 assists in his 435 appearances for the club so far.

The 33-year-old is Liverpool’s top scorer in Premier League history and is third in the club’s all-time top goal scorers, contributing towards winning eight major trophies during his time at the club, including two Premier Leagues, a Champions League and an FA Cup.

Speculation has already been rife in relation to what might come next in Salah’s career, with a move to Saudi Arabia deemed to be the most likely option, with a very healthy paycheck guaranteed and would also mean a move closer to his home country of Egypt.

The Saudi Pro League is already home to a host of world class players from across the globe, with the likes of Cristiano Ronaldo, Karim Benzema and Salah’s former Liverpool teammate Sadio Mane all currently plying their trade in the West Asian nation.

Another league the Egyptian wingers has been linked with moving to in the summer is the MLS in North America.

Similarly to Saudi Arabia, Major League Soccer has attracted some of the biggest names in the sport to play in it, with Lionel Messi, Heung-Min Son and Thomas Muller all playing in the league, with it recently being announced that Antoine Griezmann will also be joining in the summer.

It’s also very much a possibility that Salah could stay in Europe next season, with potential moves to La Liga, Ligue 1 and Serie A all priced at 8/1, marginally ahead of a move to the Bundesliga, which is 14/1.
