Ronaldo Jr, who is the son of five-time Ballon d’Or winner Cristiano Ronaldo, is currently on the books at Al Nassr.

He joined the Saudi Pro League side’s youth team after his dad arrived at the club in January 2023.

Prior to his spell at Al Nassr, the 15-year-old had spent time in the academies of Juventus and Manchester United.

Both of those sides are also former clubs of Ronaldo, who is contracted with Al Nassr until next summer.

However, his son could be leaving the club before then after linking up with Real Madrid.

According to The Athletic, Ronaldo Jr has been training with their under-16 side with a view to joining the club in the near future.

The move would see him once again follow in his father’s footsteps.

Ronaldo spent nine years at the Bernabeu between 2009 and 2018.
