The Nigeria Nationwide League (NNL) has handed a one residence match ban to Mbum Ferdinand, the Basic Supervisor of Mighty Jets FC, following feedback deemed inciteful towards match officers.

The choice was introduced by the NNL Disciplinary Committee after reviewing experiences from the pre-match assembly forward of the Matchday 12 fixture between Mighty Jets FC and Lobi Stars FC, performed on March 14, 2026, on the Zaria Street Stadium in Jos.
